About the Founder
Ms. Gatti’s teaching experience began when she owned and
operated a Christian Preschool from 1988-1990; she also
owned and operated a babysitting agency for guests of
major, resort hotels in Broward County, Florida, from
1985-1997.
Ms. Gatti obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Human Resources Management in 1995 from Trinity
International University; she completed the required
Elementary Education courses from Florida Atlantic
University in 1999, and, most recently, she obtained her
Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Guidance from
California Lutheran University in 2004.
From 1999
through 2003, Ms. Gatti taught Academic and Computer
classes to Kindergarten through 8th grade students; she
taught Preschoolers Reading and Math; and, she taught a
Language Arts Summer School course to academically
at-risk 6th and 7th grade students. During her
Counseling and Guidance Program, Ms. Gatti
co-facilitated an Anger Management Counseling Group for
at-risk High School students; counseled a high
percentage of academically at-risk, Latino, Middle
School students; and, taught a Study Skills course, and
a six-week, Career Exploration course to 8th grade
students utilizing their Microsoft PowerPoint
Presentation skills.
With over 20 years of experience working with children
from Preschool through High School, Ms. Gatti has the
expertise, compassion, and the “natural” gift to
counsel, teach, guide, encourage and motivate students
of all ages towards academic, career and social success.
